Understanding the different project states is crucial for efficient project management within our BETA design and development services. These states—To Do, In Progress, On Hold, In Review, and Done—represent various stages of your project's lifecycle, ensuring clear communication, effective collaboration, and timely progress.
-
To Do: This status represents projects that are in the queue and waiting to be picked up by our team. At this stage, our designers and developers have not yet started working on the project. It indicates that the project is acknowledged and scheduled for upcoming work.
-
In Progress: Projects in this state are actively being worked on by our team. Designers and developers are engaged in creating and refining the requested elements based on your project requirements. It's important to note that only one project can be in the "In Progress" state at a time per subscription. Understanding this state helps you manage your project queue effectively and ensures focused attention on ongoing work.
-
On Hold: If a project is temporarily halted due to specific reasons, it is marked as "On Hold." This status might be used if additional information or feedback is required from your end, or if there are any external factors affecting the project's progression. Recognizing the "On Hold" state allows you to address any necessary actions to facilitate the project's continuation.
-
In Review: Once the initial work is completed, the project enters the "In Review" phase. This is when you have the opportunity to evaluate the work and provide feedback. It's a collaborative stage where any necessary revisions or adjustments are addressed before finalization. Understanding this state empowers you to actively engage in refining the project to match your vision.
-
Done: Projects that have successfully passed through the review process and met your requirements are marked as "Done." At this stage, the work is considered complete, and you can proceed with implementing or using the finalized designs, developments, or assets. Recognizing the "Done" state indicates that the project is ready for use or distribution.
