Where can you launch chatbots?

  • HubSpot landing pages - any page built and hosted within your HubSpot portal
  • Website pages - any page on your website that has the HubSpot tracking pixel.
  • Facebook Messenger - your chatbot shows up on your Facebook Messenger, and you can respond directly through HubSpot.

How can I customize my chatbot's targeting and triggers?

You can target your chatbot so that it appears on all of your website pages, or specific pages only. You can also customize your chatbot to appear based on user information (what is listed in their HubSpot for that specific contact) or action. An example of triggering your chatbot based on user action would be if a user is about to exit one of your website pages, and you trigger the chatbot to appear based on exit intent. This way, they may be reengaged before leaving the site.
