Filters & Views

Video Description

You can filter your records based on their property values to limit the records you view for analysis. This set of filters can then be saved as a view.

In this video, Carly reviews filters & views: how to use them and how you can use these features to optimize the utilization of the data in your portal. From adding filters and views, to pinning views, to showing you how to create views, Carly shows you the most important points to focus on when accessing these features in your HubSpot.

Different things you can do with filters and views

Once you click on contacts or companies in your HubSpot main navigation, you'll be able to see the "More filters" button towards the right-hand side of your screen. Clicking this button will show you all of the HubSpot properties from the backend of your portal.

Once you've chosen which HubSpot properties you want to use, you'll have the option to save the view to be seen as Private, My Team, or Everyone. Then select "Save View" to create a new view. You'll be able to find your new view under "All views" after it is saved.

Lastly, you can pin views to keep them open. This is especially useful for views that you frequently use.
